The Pitchy adventure
In 2013, Benjamin and Lionel tried to use video in a previous entrepreneurial venture. They then realised that the costs were high, the deadlines long, and that internalisation required many internal skills, whereas video is an exploding communication system. The idea emerged: to create the ready-to-wear video.
Today, thanks to Pitchy, its trendy templates, its intuitive interface and dedicated support, our clients are able to create a professional looking video quickly and without any technical skills.
It is a real advantage for our clients to be autonomous in a context where reactivity is essential; and the pride of Pitchy is our clients!

Environment
Concerned about its carbon footprint, Pitchy is committed to the environment and has partnered with Reforest'Action. Together with Reforest'Action, Pitchy and its clients participated in reforesting a spruce forest affected by insects in Loir-et-Cher (a French Region). This partnership led to the planting of 3,555 trees.
Pitchy conducted a carbon footprint audit in 2022 with Magelan.tech, resulting in 1 tonne of CO2 emitted per employee per year, which is lower than the French average of 1.4 tonnes.
Diversity & Inclusion
Pitchy is committed to cultural diversity and the employment of disabled workers. In 2022, Pitchy conducted a disability assessment with AGEFIPH to improve its inclusion efforts. Pitchy sponsors the H'UP association to support entrepreneurs with disabilities.
Work-Life Balance
Concerned about the well-being of its employees, Pitchy has implemented 2 days of home office per week. This initiative allows employees to benefit from more flexibility and promote a work-life balance. Particularly attentive to the challenges of parenthood, Pitchy facilitates the balance of young parents by implementing actions such as flexible schedules, remote work, and assisting them in finding a place in a daycare center. Pitchy has also implemented a comprehensive return-to-work program.
Gender Equality
Pitchy has been a signatory of the Gender Agreement since 2019 and the Parity Pact French Tech since 2023 to promote a better gender balance. In fact, 60% of leadership positions at Pitchy are held by women. 5 women are part of the Management Committee out of 12 people.
Charity Actions
Throughout the year, Pitchy implements charitable actions such as:
- donation drives (for Ukraine, for women in need, for local charities, etc.)
- participation in charity runs (Run for Endo, October Rose/Pink Ribbon run, etc.).
