The need to revamp in-house training
In the past, AXA mainly trained its management and employees with static content, such as Powerpoint files or emails. However, several issues arose with this content:
- They are often very heavy, and training is perceived as a chore, or something tedious, thus demotivating.
- Moreover, information retention is low: it’s said that only 10% of a text message is retained by the audience. This means that training has less impact with juste static presentations.
