The team responsible for training Air Liquide's employees needed to communicate about the launch of the Academy

This was the primary need: in any large corporation, when an Academy of this kind is launched internally (offering both e-learning and in-person training), it’s  essential to inform all employees to ensure maximum participation. 

For the Training teams, it was crucial to quickly communicate this offer by providing modern content in line with the digitisation of training. Therefore,video naturally became the go-to solution!

At the same time, Air Liquide employees attended the e-learning expo and met the Pitchy teams. For Air Liquide, the need was very specific: to create a teaser video to launch the hygiene training module. Pitchy produced the video in record time (48 hours) and the training was a success. 

The use of video has since become widespread internally

Today, Martine and her teams regularly post their videos on the Academy's Google+ community. These could be teasers (for the launch of each e-learning module), safety points, or even events (such as the Academy's anniversary).

Now, within the group, whenever an e-learning module is launched, people ask whether they will receive a video with all the information. Thanks to Pitchy, which is straightforward and designed for beginners, creating video has become a habit. Whenever a training is launched, a video is created to inform the teams.
