IC-TE testifies
IT-CE has accelerated its digital transition by internalising its video creation
Use cases:
internal communications and marketing
Watch the testimonial of Delphine Gloux, Project Designer at the Innovation Lab:
IT-CE needed to transform its communication to align with current trends
Before turning to video, IT-CE's internal and external communications relied mainly on PowerPoint, a static content that lacks dynamism and sometimes gathers a lot of information.
In line with the overall strategy of digital acceleration, it was necessary to communicate differently. And the video format, more impactful and memorable, emerged as an obvious choice.
The IT-CE teams conducted a benchmark to find the most appropriate video creation tool.
The Pitchy video creation tool was chosen for meeting simplicity and accessibility criteria: it is very easy to use, even for people who have never made a video, or with no video editing knowledge. Pitchy also allows the creation of branded videos, and the IT-CE teams have developed a video template in line with their graphic charter, a reusable model indefinitely.
At IT-CE, video is used for both internal and external communications purposes
Internally, the Innovation department uses video to showcase prototypes developed within the group. Moreover, other departments, such as the Credit Recovery department, use Pitchy to present projects to their teams and managers.
Externally, video is also used at events where IT-CE participates (Futurapolis, Futur en Seine, GEN) to set the tone ofr the event through a retrospective.
Pitchy: the video tool that makes project presentations more impactful
"The Pitchy tool allowed us to create many videos quickly. We were able to present our prototype catalogue in video format. I made over 10 videos in 1 month, which is very fast."
Pitchy successfully met the constraints of presenting projects to both teams and managers while harmonising the videos with IT-CE’s colours. Pitchy helped create a branded template while allowing teams to use others, sometimes more suitable for specific project presentations.
